How do I cancel my subscription and/or get a refund?

Go to your profile by clicking on the icon at the top right corner of the screen. On the Billing and Plans section, you will be able to change, pause or cancel your subscription:

 

You will be asked to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription and select a reason why. After it’s done, you will still have access to BaseLang for all of the time you have paid for. At the end of the billing period, the cancellation will process, and you’ll lose access.

If you’d like to receive a refund, email support@baselang.com. 

If it has been less than 35 days since you first signed up, we will give you a full refund. If you want it, we’ll also send you $20 for wasting your time (we will need a PayPal email address for this), but you won’t be allowed to rejoin BaseLang later on. If it is after your 35th day, we can’t offer a refund (except in certain conditions – please contact us for this).
