We use cumulative teacher ratings from our feedback system to determine how this teacher has been rated by other students over the previous 30 days. This system is completely transparent.
If a teacher is unrated, then that normally means that either:
- The teacher is new to the platform
- The teacher has received less than five reviews in the last 30 days.
