I keep getting asked for Billing information, what’s wrong?

Our software will continuously ask for your billing information when you login if it doesn’t recognize you as having an active subscription.

If you have used BaseLang in the past, but cancelled, you must enter your billing information again to re-subscribe to BaseLang (and get charged $179) to get access to classes again.

If you believe you are an active user and have recieved this message in error, oh no! We’re sorry. Please contact [email protected] and we will help you get sorted out ASAP. Response time is usually quick weekdays 8am to 7pm Eastern, and a little slower (but almost always the same day) on weekends.
