Some students have experienced issues with PDF lessons not displaying correctly.
There are normally one of three solutions to stop this happening:
- You need to wait 30 seconds for the PDF to load
- You need to clear the cache on your browser
- You need to install a PDF reader on your PC/mobile
If the first solution doesn’t work, then clear the cache on your browser, close all windows and start again. This seems to be the most common solution.

If this doesn’t work then it sounds like you need to install Adobe’s PDF viewer.
